Our states project is an opportunity for our fourth graders to hone their research skills by selecting a state and compiling information for that state. As part of the project, they discover the official flag, flower, cuisine, and economy for their state and create a Powerpoint presentation. This is shown to parents near the end of the school year and the project culminates with a State Fair. Fourth grade creates display boards for each of their states with the information they've learned and other Barnesville students and parents are invited to tour the states and learn more from our resident experts.
