Payment Plans
1) Payment in full due on June 1, 2011
2) All other payment plans will be by Direct Debit using FACTS and are due on the 20th of the payment month.
Four payment plan: June, August, October, and December, with an additional $50 financing fee.
Nine payment plan: June through February with an additional $100 financing fee.
Twelve payment plan: June through May with an additional $150 financing fee.
Payment Policies
All accounts are maintained on a family basis. Delinquent payments will result in the following actions being taken: 1) In the case of a tuition account that is more than 45 days late, the student will not be permitted to return to School following the end of the trimester or any major vacation until the overdue amount is paid in full; 2) School records will not be released; 3) The School may exercise its right to legal action for the collection of tuition and fees. In such cases, the parent(s)/guardian(s) will be responsible for all costs of collection, including but not limited to, court costs and legal fees. A service charge and/or late fee of $25.00 will be assessed for returned checks and payments received 30 days past the due date.
Barnesville Parent Connection (BPC)
The Barnesville Parent Connection, also known as the BPC, includes every parent at the Barnesville School. By working together, parents, faculty, and staff make the Barnesville School a better place for our students. The BPC sponsors many events throughout the school year which enrich our family’s experiences and contribute to the sense of community we enjoy at the Barnesville School. Some of these events include the Back to School Picnic, Grandparents Day, Family Fun Night, and parent education programs. The BPC also oversees Staff Appreciation, which includes events throughout the year and a special Staff Appreciation Week at the end of the school year, in which we offer thanks to the faculty and staff that support our children’s education. In addition to a few school-wide fundraisers during the year, the BPC Fee will help offset the costs of providing these events and programs and allow us to remain autonomous.
