This year's spring musical "Swirl" was a true Barnesville original in that it was written and directed by our Middle School Music Teacher, Lenny Rountree, based on his children's book by the same name. In addition to Middle School performers, teachers and Lower School students as young as pre-k rounded out the cast!

Student "tour guides" presented their year-long state research projects in displays, travel brochures, and artwork while students and other visitors took a tour across America and sampled signature dishes from each state.

Barnesville's 7th and 8th graders released 137 Golden Rainbow Trout fingerlings into Little Seneca Creek. The students raised the fish from eggs and have cared for them in the classroom throughout the year.
