Staff Highlight: Molly Herman | Director of Community Engagement

Molly brings nearly three decades of experience across the public, private, nonprofit sectors, with a background in sales, business development, partnership building, and aging services. She holds a B.A in Sociology from George Washington University and a Master of Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from American University. She is also currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Gerontology.

In her new role, Molly will focus on building strong relationships with Barnesville families and the greater community while helping strategically plan for the school’s future. 

What is she most excited about? Simply being part of school life and “watching the smiles on the kids’ faces when they come to school.”

When she’s not working, Molly enjoys traveling, entertaining, and volunteering in nursing homes. She encourages families to stop by, say hello, and connect with her throughout the year.
